Flight School: The Only Premium Coaching Program for Serious, Dedicated Hand Balancers

Flight School is my premium 1-on-1 coaching program for practitioners who want to build a “next level” hand balancing practice.

Upon becoming a Flight School member, you get unlimited access to me. You’ll get a private calendar link upon enrollment which to schedule 1-on-1 sessions whenever you see fit.

The 1-on-1 sessions can be used in 2 ways:

We can review your previous 1-2 weeks of training. Typically, in every session, I’ll assign you some custom exercises to work on. If they work, we keep doing them. When they stop getting results we switch it up.

We can do live training sessions. If you’d prefer to use the calls for active practice. We can use the time to analyze your training and I can provide technical help and feedback.

I recommend you use a combination of both. But it completely up to you.

When you sign up for Flight School, you become a member. As a member, you have access to 1-on-1 coaching from me whenever you feel you need it AND you get access to my private training portal.

In there, you’ll find a vault of exercises, training sequences, workshops, and live trainings. Periodically, I host exclusive LIVE(online) training workshops which you can attend and ask all questions.

These live trainings typically cover more advanced training topics (think L-sits and straddle lifts to handstand for example) and basic exercises that go along with them so that you can start making progress.

In short, here’s what you get:

• Access to the Flight School training vault
• Access to live workshops

And no, if you’re wondering if you can purchase access to just the training vault. I don’t allow that.

Flight School is not for you if:

You don’t really have time to practice at least 3 times per week. The bottom line is if you don’t practice on your own, you won’t get any results from the techniques and exercises I’m showing you.

You think this is like some “magic pill” that will transform your practice overnight. It won’t, it takes time, consistency and dedication over a long period of time. That being said, with my guidance you will get there A LOT faster.

You’re a “know-it-all” or resistant to taking advice - If you’re either one of those two, why are you even here?

You get angry and frustrated easily or are just overall “negative” about everything - I don’t like working with people who aren’t pleasant to be around.

This one is important: If you CANNOT afford it. If the price of the program is going to keep you up at night, please DO NOT purchase it.

Flight School cost $149 USD per month. You’re billed once for $149 when you enroll for the program and $149 every subsequent 30 days after. There are no long-term commitments or contracts - you can cancel at anytime.
