In Body Breakthrough: Total Core Transformation we work 3 types of clients:

1. You've struggled building any real strength in the past and want to master core and TVA activation - we start with TVA activation first and then build the rest of the body around it.

2. You want to learn how to do a press handstand (and ideally go past it) and you're open to mastering your anatomy along the way.

3. You've struggled with chronic back pain, have tried everything and haven't found anything that works. Long term back health starts with building a solid foundation around the spine and most all chronic back pain originates from improper muscular activation.
