How does The A-Z Handstand Masterclass work?

Every week, starting Saturday Dec. 2nd, we’ll have a LIVE module where we’ll go over the premise of the lesson as well as the training homework assignment for the week.


In addition, during the week, you’ll see the “sub-modules” released leading up to the following weeks LIVE module. Every Tuesday, we’ll have office hours from 1:00-1:30pm where I’ll answer questions about the previous week’s modules. All LIVE modules will be fully recorded so you can go back and view them at anytime.

Am I too old to do this program?

As long as you're up for a challenge, willing to work hard and approach it with a good attitude, you'll be fine. I'll show you have you can safely build strength and greatly improve your balance at any age.

 

Exactly how difficult will this program be?

Change ISN'T easy. Learning how to do a handstand IS difficult. One of the most common reasons students fail to learn handstand is simply because they underestimate the strength required to hold the balance.

Learning how to kick up at the wall is one thing, but learning how to balance in the middle of the room is a whole nother animal.

The exercises presented in the program are physically challenging but not overly technically challenging to the point you can't even attempt them. All exercises will have modifications suitable for your level.

 

What if I can't attend the live modules?

All the live modules and office hours will be fully recorded so you can go back and watch them at any time.

All recordings of the live modules and exercises will be posted within 24 hours of them happening.

All program material (modules, sequences, and additional training videos) will be updated at the beginning of each weak with the weekly objectives.

 

I want to access everything ahead of time. Is that possible?

No, that is not possible. This is live course and I expect you to follow the weekly program. The program is designed to work through the phases of handstand methodically and with surgical precision, weekly. This program provides the structure and the focus to nail it. 

 

How do I access the sequences?

Every Saturday on the live module, I'll introduce the sequence of the week, break down the exercises in detail for you, why you're doing them, how to extract the maximum benefit from each exercise.

In addition, you'll receive full HD videos of all exercises presented in the program.

 

Is there any way to "try" the program?

No. I've help 100s of students successfully develop advanced level practices. The methods I'm showing you are proven, 100% effective, and work with all body types.
