How much time is required per day to go through this program?
Every sequence in the program takes approximately 20 minutes to finish. You can do this program as a stand alone stretching program or you can do it in addition to your current training program.
However, I recommend that for the first 10 days you take a break from what you’re currently doing (especially if it is some form of repetitive movement cardio training like running or cycling) to maximize the results you get.
Once you’re comfortable with the level of flexibility you’ve gained you can add back in your cardio training.
I have extremely tight hamstrings, will this program be effective for me?
Yes! You’ll see incredible results within the first 10 days. But in addition to that, immediately follow it up with the 30 day program to keep improving! The trick to maintaining hamstring flexibility is stretch them frequently and consistently.
After going through the program consistently for 10-30 days, continue to use the sequences at least 2 times a week to maintain your current level of mobility.
I’m not interested specifically in learning a handstand or press handstand will the this program still be beneficial for me?
Yes, whether you’re interested in hand balancing or not, this program is incredibly effective at stretching and opening up your hamstrings. It’ll help you in whatever area of life you feel like tight hamstrings are hindering.
I have back pain and have been told not to stretch my hamstrings because stretching them could aggravate them more. What are your thoughts on this?
So that’s true and not true. The hamstrings are far more complicated than lumping all hamstring stretches into one category. There are multiple categories of hamstring stretches which I discuss in the program.
If you do the wrong hamstring stretches you’ll aggravate your back but if you do the right hamstring stretches it’ll alleviate ALL your back pain. I talk about this in the program, you need to do the right stretches in the right order to alleviate the pain in your back.
When will the live trainings take place?
All in the first month. I’ll give you times and dates and details of how to attend all of them inside the program! If by chance you can’t make it live, you’ll also get permanent access to the recordings of all the workshops.

Yes, the exercises and sequences are designed in a very strategic way to open the hamstrings by a combination of strengthening and stretching both the glutes and the hip flexors.
One of the main reasons people have a hard time making any progress on their hamstring mobility is because their hips aren't balanced. This program will address that very issue. Not to mention, when your hips are properly balanced, your handstand and press handstand get substantially easier.
How do the training calendars work?
There's a 10 Day Training Calendar and a 30 Day Training Calendar. The combination of sequences and exercises I've put together are specifically designed to simultaneously stretch AND strengthen the body.
You'll find in the first 10 days you'll develop a ton of new mobility. And then in the 30 Day Plan, by sticking with the exercises/sequences for additional 30 days, you'll really start to see the strength benefits from them, especially in the glutes!
